Just a couple days ago the Cleveland Browns claimed kicker Jared Oberkrom off the waivers from the Jacksonville Jaguars. Today, they already placed him on the reserve/retired list. The Browns signed wide receiver Dennis Parks to fill his roster spot.
Oberkrom was a productive college kicker at TCU but he’s no lock to make it in the pros. Dennis Parks played college football for the Rice Owls.
