#Seahawks have waived former HBCU QB Phillip Sims
Today the Seattle Seahawks released former Winston Salem State University quarterback Phillip Sims. Sims had a wonderful preseason last year with the Cardinals.
Hopefully the former Alabama transfer will be able to land on his feet with someone. He has a big arm and can make all the NFL throws.
