The Oakland Raiders are expected to sign safety Reggie Nelson according to Vic Tafur. The Bengals former safety is in Oakland for a visit and according to Tafur he is being wined and dined by the the Raiders staff. He will remain in town tonight and is expected to sign a deal with the Raiders if he passes his physical.
