According to Jenna Laine, free agent LB Bruce Carter is expected to sign with the Jets, barring an unforeseen change in circumstance.
Carter was drafted by the Dallas Cowboys in the second round of the 2011 NFL Draft. He played college football at the University of North Carolina .
