Former #Patriots tight end Scott Chandler had a knee surgery; Will miss 2016 season
Patriots TE Scott Chandler announced via his wife Alissa’s Twitter account that he underwent knee surgery this week that will prevent him from playing in 2016 and “probably” end his NFL career.
Chandler, 30, is a former fourth-round pick of the Chargers back in 2007. He two years in San Diego before bouncing around with the Cowboys and Giants over the next year. Chandler was claimed by the Bills and had a good couple years with them. The Patriots is where he played last year and it looks like his career is about over.
Blessed beyond measure by this man that I get to call my husband. Looking forward to many more years and adventures. pic.twitter.com/67sB7nawHF
