Brian Hoyer left Denver without a deal; Elway says deal for Kaepernick is dormant but still there
Who will be the Broncos starting quarterback in 2016? That is a huge question that everyone is asking themselves, but it will likely not be Brian Hoyer.
Hoyer was in for a visit today and left without a contract. The Broncos president John Elway was asked about the possibility of Colin Kaepernick joining the team and he was very upfront and basically said it is still there on the table.
It will be interesting to see what the 49ers do with Kaepernick.
“It’s dormant” – John Elway on Colin Kaepernick trade. Said the offer is there.
