Ben Volin of the Boston Globe reports that the Patriots have signed CB E.J. Biggers to a one-year contract on Tuesday.Biggers was drafted by the Tampa Bay Buccaneers in the seventh round of the 2009 NFL Draft and has also played for the Washington Redskins. He played college football at Western Michigan University.
