According to Ian Rapoport of NFL Media Insiders, the New York Jets are hosting former Dallas Cowboys and Tampa Bay Buccaneers linebacker Bruce Carter for a visit. Carter was drafted by the Dallas Cowboys in the second round of the 2011 NFL Draft. He played college football at the University of North Carolina .
