Cowboys are hosting former 49ers offensive lineman Joe Looney

Brandon George of the Dallas Morning News is reporting that the Cowboys are hosting free agent OL Joe Looney for a visit. After playing college football for Wake Forest, he was drafted by the San Francisco 49ers in the fourth round of the 2012 NFL Draft.

The San Francisco 49ers drafted Looney with the 22nd pick in the 4th round (117 overall) in the 2012 NFL Draft, after trading a sixth round pick to the Detroit Lions in order to move up 8 slots and get Detroit’s draft spot.
