The Cleveland Browns play the Cincinnati Bengals this week on Thursday Night and they will do it with Johnny Manziel at the helm.

Cleveland Browns quarterback Johnny Manziel is preparing to start against the Cincinnati Bengals on Thursday night in place of injured Josh McCown, NFL Media’s Rand Getlin reports.
