Saints worked out four defensive ends this week
Aaron Wilson of the National Football Post reports that the Saints worked out DL Kevin Vickerson, DL Vaughn Martin, DE Matt Shaughnessy and DL Quanterus Smith this week.
Kevin Vickerson was drafted by the Miami Dolphins in the seventh round of the 2005 NFL Draft. He played college football at Michigan State.
Vaughn Martin was drafted by the San Diego Chargers in the fourth round of the 2009 NFL Draft, the first Canadian university football player drafted by an NFL team as an underclassman.
Matt Shaughnessy was drafted by the Oakland Raiders in the third round of the 2009 NFL Draft. He played college football at Wisconsin.
Quanterus Smith was drafted in the 5th round, 146th overall by the Denver Broncos in the 2013 NFL Draft.
