Packers safety Sean Richardson suffered a serious neck injury; Herniated Disk in his neck
Green Bay Packers safety Sean Richardson has a herniated disk in his neck for the second time in his early NFL career. This injury will keep him out for the remainder of the season according to Tom Silverstein of USA Today.
Silverstein adds that Richardson’s neck injury could actually bring his NFL career to an end, given that he sustained a similar injury back in 2012 that required fusion surgery of the C-5 and C-6 vertebrae.
Richardson really needs to be careful with this injury. If he takes a hard hit his career and life could be over.
