Saints wide receiver Nick Toon has been released

Kristian Garic reports that the Saints are waiving WR Nick Toon, as they cut their roster down to 75 players before today’s deadline.

He played college football at Wisconsin and was drafted by the Saints in the 4th round of the 2012 NFL Draft. He is the son of former New York Jets wide receiver Al Toon.
