Ravens worked out veteran cornerback Tony Carter
Today the Baltimore Ravens worked out veteran cornerback Tony Carter. The Jacksonville, Florida native played for the Denver Broncos for several seasons and was recently released. 
Carter is very close friends with Ravens practice squad player Charles James, who are from the same hometown.
