Eagles receive good news on linebacker Kiko Alonso

Today the Philadelphia Eagles fans have to be excited. They were made aware that they could be getting back their starting linebacker sooner rather than later. Ian Rapoport of NFL Media reports that a second opinion on Eagles LB Kiko Alonso‘s knee showed that his ACL is intact.
This means that Alonso will play again this season, but he’ll still need to rehab his knee before returning to the field. Rapoport mentions that Alonso is likely to be back in a month.
This is great news for the Eagles, because they have been getting pretty solid production out of rookie Jordan Hicks. Alonso is such a playmaker when on the field, so this is amazing news for the struggling Eagles and their fan base.
