The Browns have signed RB Shawn Draughn off their practice squad — The Browns have signed RB Shaun Draughn off their practice squad

The Cleveland Browns added another running back to their 53-man roster today. The Browns announced Saturday that they signed Shaun Draughn off the practice squad.

Prior to the roster move, the Browns were set to enter Sunday’s tilt with the New York Jets with starter Isaiah Crowell and rookie Duke Johnson as the only backs available.

Draughn played all pre-season with the Browns, and knows the offense well. I would not expect to see him, but the move makes you wonder if the Browns are worried about Duke Johnson.
