Saints have released two players; Marcus Ball and Kyle Knox get the boot
The New Orleans Saints have waived linebacker Kyle Knox and Marcus Ball, according to NOLA.com.
Ball spent three seasons in the Canadian Football League after playing college football at Florida State and Memphis. He signed with the Saints as a free agent last offseason.
Knox, who played college ball at Fresno State, joined the Saints practice squad in 2013 and spent most of last season on special teams.
