Raiders have released DSU WR Milton Williams; Signed WR Austin Hill
Today the Oakland Raiders waived former Delaware State University wide receiver Milton Williams. The team freed up a roster spot to add former Arizona wide out Austin Hill. 
@CorkOnTheNFL: #Raiders also signed undrafted wide receiver Austin Hill, who played collegiately at the University of Arizona.
