Patriots deal with Brandon Spikes was a STEAL; 1 year deal worth up to 2 million dollars?

The Buffalo Bills were expected to make an offer to Brandon Spikes, but that could not have been true. According to Tom Pelissero from USA Today, the Patriots gave Brandon Spikes a 25 thousand dollar signing bonus, but no other guarantees. The deal he signed was for up to 2 million dollars if he meets the incentives.

Basically a 1 year deal worth 2 million dollars, for one of the best run stuffing linebackers in the NFL. I do not care if he is no longer a 3 down backer, he is the best run stuffing backer in the league and I have to take that into consideration when you look at how poor that deal is.
