Former NFL safety Darren Sharper pleads guilty to rape in a Federal Court

Former NFL safety Darren Sharper has admitted to rape in a Federal Court today. Sharper admitted in federal court in New Orleans on Friday that he spent much of his early retirement drugging women in a scheme for rape.
Sharper has pleaded guilty in federal court.

Sharper, 39, pleaded guilty to three counts of conspiracy to distribute drugs with the intent to commit rape. Sharper will be headed to a Federal Prison near you.
