Former Bills defensive coordinator Jim Schwartz has a new job; Working with refs

Jim Schwartz had an amazing defense last year with the Buffalo Bills. The team finished fourth in the NFL in defense and while he had interest from several NFL teams, he wanted to be careful on his next coaching spot. Schwartz has instead took a job with the NFL and the officiating crews.
FOX Sports is reporting that Schwartz will be serving as a consultant to the league’s officiating department for the 2015 season. Schwartz’s main role is to help provide a coach’s perspective with some of the decisions made by the officiating office, a source told FOX Sports.
