49ers FB Bruce Miller’s domestic violence charge has been dropped to a vandalism charge

San Francisco 49ers fullback Bruce Miller has been charged with misdemeanor vandalism, rather than a domestic violence charge, according to the Santa Clara County District Attorney’s office.
Miller, 27, is scheduled to be arraigned on the charge Monday at 1:30 p.m. If convicted, he faces up to a year in jail.
“Even relatively minor domestic violence incidents can be the first steps on a path that ends in tragedy,” said Jim Demertzis, who supervises the District Attorney’s Family Violence Unit. “That’s why we take all domestic violence cases seriously.”
Will the NFL suspend Miller?
