Vikings QB Teddy Bridgewater says the team expects Adrian Peterson back

Teddy Bridgewater became a very crucial part of the Minnesota Vikings offense as the season went on last year. Bridgewater dropped in the draft after his horrible pro day, but the rookie rebounded and led the Vikings to multiple wins. Bridgewater ended up winning Pepsi Rookie of the Year and now the former Louisville gunslinger is talking about his teammate Adrian Peterson and how the team expects him back.
“We expect Adrian to be here,” Teddy Bridgewater said Monday, per the St. Paul Pioneer Press. “The guys in the locker room, we all love Adrian.”
“I talked to (Peterson) a little while ago and kind of shared some thoughts with him,” linebacker Chad Greenway added. “I think everyone is in support of him and trying to come back and try to be a part of this group.”
