Panthers LB Thomas Davis seems scared to face former teammate Greg Hardy
The Carolina Panthers started off-season work-outs today, and when linebacker Thomas Davis took the podium, he was asked early about his former teammate Greg Hardy. Davis did not go into detail about the situation, but did sound a little scared to face his ex-teammate.
“I hope we play [the Cowboys] early in the season so we don’t have to face him,” Davis said, via Bill Voth of Black and Blue Review.
Davis wants to face the Cowboys early, because Hardy is expected to be suspended for the beginning of the season. I do not know if the standout linebacker is scared, or just worried that Hardy will tear up the Panthers offensive line. Either way, the former Georgia linebacker does not sound too eager to face the Cowboys and Greg Hardy.
