Packers sign former Division 3 gunslinger Matt Blanchard
Today the Green Bay Packers signed former University of Wisconsin Whitewater quarterback Matt Blanchard. Blanchard won three Division III titles at Whitewater, leading his team to the championship in each of his three years there in 2009, 2010, and 2011. (Whitewater has since won two more titles, in 2013 and 2014.) Over those three years, he threw for just over 5,000 yards and 44 touchdowns.
