Dolphins want to give Ryan Tannehill a new deal before the season begins
NFL Media Insider Ian Rapoport said Monday that the Miami Dolphins are turning their attention to former first round pick Ryan Tannehill after signing center Mike Pouncey to a rich extension.
Per Rapoport, there have been no formal discussions between Tannehill’s reps and the Dolphins since the NFL Scouting Combine, but the plan remains in place to get an extension done ahead of Week 1.
