The Sedgwick County (Kansas) DA’s Office has concluded a lack of evidence against Dallas Cowboys RB Joseph Randle to support felony charges.
Dalia Jacobs, the mother of Randle’s son, told investigators that Randle brandished a gun and broke a car window while they argued Feb. 3 at a Wichita hotel. A statement from the District Attorney’s office says the evidence was not sufficient to move forward with felony charges, though misdemeanor charges are still possible.
