Why are the Chicago Bears working out Jameis Winston, and why would the agent of Jameis allow the work-out, unless deep down inside the agent knows that the Bears are serious about moving up to draft him. What his tells me is that the Titans are seriously talking about moving out of the number 2 pick. Both the Chargers and the Bears are working out the two rookie quarterbacks. Both of them hold a veteran quarterback that the Titans must be interested in. Sounds interesting.
