According to the NFL Draft Trade Chart; The Browns offer is not good

What is the NFL Draft Trade chart?  Well it was first implemented by the Dallas Cowboys and Jimmy Johnson and now the entire NFL uses it.  The problem is if the Browns were to trade their 12th and 19th pick in the 2015 NFL Draft to move up to the second pick in the draft, they would actually be ripping off the Titans.

The Titans pick is currently worth 2,600 points, while the Browns two picks are worth 2,075 points. What does this mean?  This means the Browns would have to throw in something else to make the trade fair.  Maybe a player?  Could Tashaun Gipson be traded along with the 2 firsts?
