Aaron Hernandez’s attorney said his client witnessed the murder but did not commit the act?
Was Aaron Hernandez present at the time Odin Lloyd was murdered? According to his attorney’s closing statement he was there. Hernandez’s attorney just wrapped up his closing statements saying that his client was there the night that Odin Lloyd was murdered but did not pull the trigger.
“He was a 23-year-old kid who witnessed something, a shocking killing, committed by someone he knew,” Aaron’s lawyer said.
Hernandez has been moved to a holding area according to TMZ Sports. Remember to be charged with Murder, you have to prove he pulled the trigger. This statement could just make him an accomplice to murder.
