Raiders give Andre Holmes a low tender; Meaning no compensation if a better offer comes along
Raiders signed Andre Holmes their star wide receiver to a very low tender. That tender means if another team signs him to an offer sheet and the Raiders don’t match it they will not get any compensation for his services.

Intriguing RFA move: Raiders gave WR Andre Holmes the low tender, meaning no compensation if a team signs him. Could be interest.
Last year, Holmes had 693 yards and 4 touchdowns for the Raiders. He really stepped up as the season went on. I do not get this move, but some team might jump on this deal.
