Panthers re-sign third string quarterback Joe Webb to a one year deal
Today the Carolina Panthers re-signed Joe Webb to a one year deal. He played college football for the UAB Blazers. He was drafted by the Minnesota Vikings in the sixth round of the 2010 NFL Draft as quarterback.
