Only 1 of the 32 teams are not in compliance with the 143.28 million cap space
Today the New England Patriots are expected to release Darrelle Revis, which will clear quite a bit of cap space. That cap space will also help them meet the requirements with the new salary cap according to Albert Breer. 31 of 32 teams are in compliance, and the Patriots are the only team not in compliance as of now, but they should be at 4 pm.

Per the NFL’s internal report, 31 of 32 teams are in compliance with the $143.28M cap. Patriots are the 1 over. Cutting Revis will fix that.
