The Jacksonville Jaguars have signed former Seattle Seahawks wide receiver Bryan Walters. Walters is a punt returner as well as wide receiver, who was signed by the San Diego Chargers as an undrafted free agent two years ago. Walters was most recently on the Seahawks.
