The Chicago Bears are not done making trades according to Dan Bernstein. The Bears are actively trying to shop Jay Cutler but up to this point the offers have been underwhelming.

The Tennessee Titans would make sense, since Cutler played college ball in Vanderbilt. It would be a very solid place for him, if they can get him under a new contract.
