According to Charles Robinson of Yahoo Sports, the Buffalo Bills are expected to make an offer to former Dolphins tight end Charles Clay today or tomorrow. According to Robinson, the Bills are confident they will get their man. Clay has already visited the Bills and recently returned last night to Miami. If the Bills land Clay it would be a huge success for their off-season.
