Bills are the favorites to sign fullback Jerome Felton; 4 year deal
The Buffalo Bills are the favorites to land Jerome Felton and according to Alex Marvez of Fox Sports the contract is a pretty hefty one for a fullback.

We reported a while back that the Bills had interest in a fullback and that Felton was their primary target. Well it sounds like Greg Roman will have a nice blocking back for Shady McCoy in Buffalo.
