Three teams are interested in Nick Foles services; Texans would be the best fit
With Ryan Fitzpatrick’s career in question as he recovers from a broken leg suffered in a Week 15 loss to the Indianapolis Colts and Ryan Mallett heading to the free agent market; the Texans may be looking to make a trade for Philadelphia Eagles quarterback Nick Foles, according to NJ.com.
The Texans are reportedly one of several teams interested in Foles, two others being the Tennessee Titans and the St. Louis Rams. The Titans currently hold the No. 2 pick in the draft and could be after a top quarterback there; the Rams have Sam Bradford, but could be looking to make a change as he is owed a base salary of $13 million and has yet to live up to expectations since he was selected with the first overall pick in the 2010 NFL Draft.
Out of the three teams, I would love to see Foles on the Texans, could you imagine Foles throwing to Andre Johnson and DeAndre Hopkins? They would automatically get better.
