Bengals release veteran guard Mike Pollak; Free up 1.1 million in cap space
The Cincinnati Bengals announced the release of G Mike Pollak on Friday.
Pollak, 30, signed a three-year, $5 million contract with the Bengals last year that included another $2.5 million available through incentives. He had base salaries of $1.2 million and $1.35 million coming his way over the next two years.
According to OverTheCap.com, releasing Pollak will free up $1,108,332 in available cap space, while creating $333,334 in dead money.
