Report: Browns offered Jordan Cameron 6 to 7 million a year and he turned it down
We are learning from a very close source that Jordan Cameron the Cleveland Browns tight end has turned down a major deal. The Browns have been talking to Jordan Cameron’s camp and he seems the teams numbers are off. We are hearing that Cameron has been offered in the range to 6-7 million dollars a year and his camp is turning the deal down.
The problem with this situation is Cameron has suffered major concussion problems over his career. While he had a huge season in 2013, he has struggled badly staying healthy this past year. He missed multiple games due to a concussion and he truly is one hard hit from maybe being done in football.
I don’t know what Cameron’s camp is thinking, but I cannot see any team in the NFL willing to pay Cameron 7 million a year.
