Raiders new OC is planning on using Latavius Murray a lot
Former UCF Knight standout Latavius Murray is likely to be the Raiders’ lead back in 2015 and the new OC likes what he’s seen so far.
“I have a very positive impression,” Musgrave said Tuesday in a conference call, per CSN Bay Area. “He has tremendous size and speed. He had a super career (at Central Florida).
“I’m looking forward to getting on the field and finding out what he’s all about and what his strengths are so we can tailor our run game so it’s right up his alley.”
Murray earned 424 yards, a whopping 5.2 yards per attempt on 82 carries, and also had 17 receptions for 143 yards. He seems like the new running back in town.
