NFL claims the concussion rate dropped this year by 25 percent
The National Football League had quite the problem with concussions last year, but according to the NFL and a new memo released, the league says the reported cases have went down 25 percent.

If true that is a great statistic, it is just very hard to tell who is telling the truth.
