Golden Tate is envious he is not in the Super Bowl
The Detroit Lions wide receiver played in his first career Pro Bowl on Sunday, and played well. He caught two passes for 98 yards, had the longest reception of the game, a 60-yarder but he is still a little envious he is not in the Super Bowl.
“There’s a little envy,” Tate told the Free Press after Sunday’s Pro Bowl. “I wish I could be there. I could have stayed there, but I got to put my family first and make it so my kids can go to college and my kids can do some things. I think I made the right decision and I like where the Lions are headed, anyway.”
