Chiefs writer feels Dwayne Bowe could be released if he doesn’t take a pay cut
Dwayne Bowe was the last wide receiver to catch a touchdown pass from a Chiefs quarterback. That happened over 390 days ago. With that being said, Adam Telcher of ESPN feels Bowe will need to pony up some money from his contract if he wants to remain on the team. In a open session with questions, Telcher told one fan he can see Bowe getting cut.
@adamteicher Due to his suspension this past season can Chiefs still cut Bowe without major cap ramifications? #ChiefsMail

@adamteicher: Yes. I would expect the Chiefs to cut wide receiver Dwayne Bowe if the sides can’t agree on a reduced contract.
