Could the Tennessee Titans throw a draft pick at the Bears for the expensive Jay Cutler?

@RapSheet: As soon as Jay Cutler got benched in Chicago, the #Titans began doing homework on him, asking players and preparing their research.
According to Ian Rapoport the Totans could be leaning toward the ceteran Cutler. This would be a much better player than what they have now.
