Merrill Hoge calls Raiders rookie LB Khalil Mack the best LB in the game
When the Oakland Raiders drafted Khalil Mack from the University of Buffalo, I was the happiest guy ever. I was happy number one because finally a guy from my favorite college was drafted. Secondly, Khalil Mack was a beast and really took the long road to be successful.
Well his play so far in the NFL, might not show up very well on the statsheet, but when you watch the film, Mack is a freak. He is everywhere and he is a stud against the run. He is so good against the run, that today a former NFL player gave him major praise.

ESPN’s Hoge on Mack: “He’s not just 1 of the best rookies to come out, he’s the best (LB) in the (NFL) and he is the best against the run.”
While it might not mean too much for some, I means a lot too me, because I am a diehard Mack supporter. Keep it up Khalil.
