Buffalo Bills should feel disrespected they are 10 point underdogs

kyle ortonThe Buffalo Bills have been known as the underdog team for the past 15 years, and this year they have been playing very well. The Bills defense is top tier and their offense led by former Bronco Kyle Orton is doing a good enough job at not turning the ball over.   The problem is the Bills and Orton will be in Denver this week, and they are underdogs big time.  According to a Vegas line the Buffalo Bills are 10 point underdogs.

With the way the Bills have been playing this year, if they can get to Peyton Manning, the Broncos will be in for a long day. Orton will return to Denver this Sunday as a Buffalo Bill. Asked what he remembers from his time with the Broncos, the quarterback kept it pretty brief saying “Pretty happy, still have some good friends back there.”

The problem is Orton still has some anger inside his body if he is a true competitor.  Orton was replaced by the Broncos when Tim Tebow took the Broncos to the playoffs. Orton is remembered by the Broncos staff and he should be, because he is a guy that can rally the troops.

John Fox added, “I remember a good guy, good teammate. He was our starting quarterback to start our tenure here. He can make all the throws. He is a veteran guy [and] has won games before. I think Denver had originally picked him up from Chicago. So he’s a guy that’s been around. I think he was a backup in Dallas, and he’s played a lot of football, seen a lot of football and has got a lot of experience.”

If Buffalo can somehow beat the Denver Broncos this week, their playoff chances will look very good.  I would not be surprised to see the team keep it very close on Sunday.  A lot closer than 10 points…..
