Ray Rice could return to an NFL team by December
Ray Rice could be back in the NFL by December. The former Ravens running back is expected to have a ruling from his judge within the next month.
Former U.S. District Judge Barbara S. Jones, who heard Rice’s appeal in New York, is expected to make a swift ruling on Rice’s case, per Rapoport. Jones is due the final briefs from both sides a week from Monday, Rapoport reported Sunday on NFL GameDay Morning, and at that point she should have all the necessary materials to make a ruling.
While Rice does not have a team, he could be a player that a contender swoops up, because the guy is a gamer. One team to keep in mind is the Patriots, who love their Rutgers players….
