Matthew Stafford broke a record this week in his 70th career start
Matthew Stafford of the Detroit Lions has been a very solid quarterback since entering the league from Georgia. Well this past weekend against the Miami Dolphins, Stafford broke a record held by a former Phin.
In his 70th career start, Stafford was able to pass Dan Marino in passing yards with 19.953 over his first 70 games. That is a very impressive statistic considering Marino is a Hall of Famer.
