Julio Jones won’t get into debate with Patrick Peterson; Instead he looks at stats
Patrick Peterson is already trying to get into Julio Jones’ head. He began the week talking trash about his former SEC West rival.
“He won a couple battles, I won a couple battles,” Peterson said. “But I think for the most part I won the majority of those battles. (Jones is) an incredible athlete. Love the battle and the competition between us. It just brings out the best in both of us.”
Well Julio Jones responded to the drama, by saying he will ket his stats speak for him.
“From my record, the only thing I can remember is I won three and lost one,” Jones said. “I whipped him twice in college, lost once in college, and I won one time in the NFL. That’s the only thing I can remember. You can take that how you want to take it.
“But I ain’t really big on no talk or this and that because it’s a team game. At the end of the day, you’ve got to get the ‘W.'”
